The Washington Volunteer
Readers for the Blind is accepting applications for the Annual William E.
Bradford Memorial Award.
The applications will be
accepted from October 1, 2013 through November 30 2013. If you are having trouble with this page

the application by mail or email.
The purpose of the award is
to honor and preserve the efforts of William E. Bradford by supporting
individuals with visual disabilities in their efforts to access educational
and/or vocational opportunities. The
award of $1,000 will support the purchase of education related equipment, books,
or services identified in their applications by persons residing in the
